Model G2R92

This version includes the double revolution feature to punch a hole in the material and then feed and set the eyelet.  Features of the G2R92 include:

  • Can accommodate all standard grommet sizes to a maximum of No. 5 Rolled Rim;
  • Grommet size can easily be converted with changeover Raceway and setting tools;
  • Includes Air Blow-off to eject slug off the lower tool;
  • Works well with a variety of heavy-duty industrial fabrics including vinyl, cotton, canvas (not recommended for dense nylon or other abrasive materials).
Model G92

This version is suitable for grommet applications where the holes are pre-punched.  Features of the G92 include:

  • Can accommodate all standard grommet sizes to a maximum of No. 5 Rolled Rim; and
  • Grommet size can easily be converted with changeover Raceway and setting tools.

Edward Segal Inc. manufactures a full line of the Model 92 machines for grommet applications.  These machines offer a fast, reliable, and efficient solution to maximize the productivity for setting  grommets.  Model 92 machines are designed for the more extreme applications such as heavy-duty industrial fabrics or the larger, stronger grommets.  A Model 92 offers upgraded power when compared with the Model 83 by using a stronger motor and larger flywheel, all to generate more inertia.  All Model 92 machines are semi-automatic which means the grommet is automatically fed but the washer, if used, is manually placed on the lower die.  For faster, fully automatic operation, Edward Segal Inc. offers several machine models for maximum speed and productivity.
